At 3.1 Phillip Lim, we offer returns on full-price merchandise within 14 days of the delivery date, provided items are in their original condition with all tags attached. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
